Auction Time! MSU Basketball Autographed Trophy Ball

Murray State Athletics announced the latest GoRacers.com auction and Racer fans will surely want to make a bid on a special autographed trophy basketball from the Racer men's basketball team.
This one-of-a-kind trophy basketball is signed by all of the players and coaches from the Racers' CollegeInsider.com Tournament championship team. The Racers won five games in the CIT and you'll enjoy having this keepsake for years to come. The Racers went 23-11 in the 2013-14 season for Head Coach Steve Prohm. Season highlights include a school-record fifth straight 20-win season and the Racers had their 27th straight winning season. Cameron Payne was named OVC Freshman of the Year and Jarvis Williams to the OVC Newcomer Team. Both were named All-OVC. The item also features the autograph of Dexter Fields. As the only senior on the squad, Dexter's leadership and the fact that he went out as a champion, makes the ball all the more special.
Bidding for the ball will start at $125.

The window for bids will close at noon April 23.
Racer fans are also reminded of the MSU basketball team banquet April 28 at the CFSB Center in Murray. The banquet is open to all members of the Racer Club and all basketball season ticket holders. The deadline for reservations is also April 23. The event is $25 per person and will begin at 7 p.m. with dinner and the program to follow.
Reservations may be made by calling the Racer Basketball Office at 270-809-6804 or by completing and mailing the reservation form to the athletic offices.
