Off to their best start since 2006, the Murray State Racers will take on Ohio Valley Conference opponent Austin Peay at the Winfield Dunn Center in Clarksville, Tennessee Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m.
The Racers continue to see their name in NCAA rankings. Individually, Sam Bedard is ranked 64th with 10.48 assists per set and 131st with 0.35 service aces per set. Ellie Lorenz made her way to 41st with 4.81 digs per set while Alyssa Lelm ranks 97th hitting .348.

The Racers started conference play 2-0 by defeating Southeast Missouri 3-0 followed by UT Martin 3-1.
Scottie Ingram notched double-doubles in both matches with 21 kills and 19 digs against UT Martin along with 15 kills and 10 digs against Southeast Missouri. She had a new season high attacks at 48 against UT Martin, along with tying her season high in blocks with 2. Lorenz helped defensively with 13 digs and 2 service aces against Southeast Missouri, while tying her season high 25 digs against UT Martin. Bedard was voted OVC Setter of the Week after finishing the weekend with 86 total assists coming off of 37 against Southeast Missouri and 49 against UT Martin.

Austin Peay started conference play 2-0, with wins over UT Martin and Southeast Missouri, while being 8-10 overall.
