Murray State women's tennis team will face Austin Peay Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at Purcell Courts in Murray, Kentucky. MSU has won the last three meetings against the Lady Govs. The Racers will take on UT Martin Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. also at Purcell Courts.

The Racers are coming off their first OVC win of the season where they swept Southeast Missouri 7-0. The match was a solid team effort with everyone defeating their opponents. Murray State hopes to continue their winnings ways as they have four matches in six days.

Austin Peay has lost their first two OVC matches this season. First they fell 6-1 to UT Martin then 4-3 to Southeast Missouri. They are hoping to turn around and get a win on Murray State's home court.

UT Marti has faced Austin Peay in their first and only OVC match they have played this season. They defeated the Lady Govs 6-1 and 4-4 overall this season. Hitomi Naito earned OVC Freshman of the Year and All-OVC first team last season after going 10-0 in conference play. She was named the top player in the OVC in the 2015 OVC Women's Top 10 Player Rankings.
