Scottie Ingram recorded a match-high 20 kills and added 19 digs for her 21st double-double of the season while Kristen Besselsen added 14 kills and a career-high 20 digs in MSU's four-set victory over Eastern Kentucky Friday night in the semifinals of the OVC Tournament.

The top-seeded Racers and the No. 2 seed SIU Edwardsville will meet for the third time this season Saturday night for the OVC Tournament title. MSU won both of the previous meetings earlier this season in back-and-forth five-set battles, including last Saturday on Senior Night.

The Cougars are led by 2016 First Team All-OVC selection Taylor Joens' 318 kills this season while Jackie Scott, who was a second team honoree, is second on the team with 2.74 digs per set on the season and has 184 kills. Setter Mallory Mangun leads SIUE with 633 assists this season. Mangun was also a Second Team All-OVC selection. As a team, the Cougars are hitting .200 and have 262 total blocks on the season.
