Racers Finish Second Day of the Virginia Challenge

The Murray State women's track and field team continued to excel as they competed in the final day of the Virginia Challenge on Saturday.Â
Rebekah Priddy was the first Racer to compete for the day. In the 3,000 meter steeplechase, she ran just off her personal record as she finished with a time of 11:02.
MSU also had athletes compete in the 5,000 meter run. Caroline Grogan ran a season best in the event as she finished with a time of 17:54. Leah Krause also competed in the event. She finished with a time of 18:30. Meagan Smith rounded out the Racers in the event as she finished with a time of 18:44.
Murray State is back in action on Thursday as the team travels to Hillsdale, Michigan to compete in the 50th Annual Hillsdale College Relays.
