Tee Time – MSU To Play In Austin Peay Intercollegiate

The Racers’ second event of the fall season takes them to The Legacy Golf Club in Springfield, Tennessee
The Murray State women's golf team is set to play Monday and Tuesday at the Austin Peay Intercollegiate at The Legacy Golf Club in Springfield, Tennessee.
The Racers have a starting five that consists of Payton Carter (Hopkinsville, Ky.), Alma Garcia (Oaxaca, Mexico), Ana Picchi (Seville, Spain), Eliza Mae Kho (Miri, Malaysia) and Emmie Eriksson (Malmo, Sweden). Lauren Gilchrist (Marion, Ky.) will compete as an individual.
The Racers are part of a field of 10 teams including: Austin Peay, Bellarmine, Belmont, Eastern Illinois, Indiana State, Jacksonville State, Murray State, North Alabama, Tennessee Tech, Western Carolina. There are five teams from the Ohio Valley Conference.
MSU won the APSU title the last time they competed in it at Clarksville Country Club with a 12-shot win over Louisiana-Monroe in 2018. They also have titles from 2003, 2010 and 2011. Past medalist winners for the Racers include Delaney Howson in 2013 (66-74=140), Caroline Lagerborg in 2010 (72-73=145) and Lee-Ann Pace in 2003 (70-74=144).

Time: Shotgun start at 9 a.m. both days
Schedule of Play: 54 hole stroke play – Monday 36 holes, Tuesday – 18 holes
