Series At A Glance
Thursday will be the 6th all-time meeting between Murray State and Tennessee State with the Racers leading the all-time series 37-26, although the series is currently tied in Nashville at 15 games apiece.
Scouting The Tigers
TSU dropped both games last week and is now 11-12 overall and 6-6 in league play. The Tigers fell at home to Belmont Thursday, 85-46, and then fell Saturday on the road at UT Martin, 55-46.
The Tigers are currently averaging 67.3 points per game on 41.3-percent shooting from the floor with 33.9 rebounds per game, while their opponents are currently averaging 67.0 points on 43.2-percent shooting with 37.0 rebounds per game.

A Win Would...
A win Thursday would make the 2021-22 season the winningest season of the Rechelle Turner. With 17 wins, it would also be the winningest overall since 2008-09.
Eight Is Great
With 20 points Saturday, Macey Turley became just the eighth player in school history to cross the 1600-point plateau. She is also now eighth on the school's all-time scoring list with 1,613.
One Away
Macey Turley is now just 3-pointer away from becoming just the third Racer ever to make at least 200 3-pointers. Mariah Robinson is the current all-time 3-point leader for Murray State at 264, while current Racer assistant coach Amber Guffey is second with 210. By the end of the season, there could be four members of the club, as Lex Mayes currently has 184 career 3-pointers.
