Murray State volleyball fall in four sets to Northern Iowa.
In A Nutshell
Murray State volleyball went down to 6-4 in conference play as they fell to Northern Iowa, Saturday.
Racer Arena saw a battle between the Racers and the Panthers as UNI won the first set 25-23 before Murray State took back set two 25-21.
UNI went on to win the third and fourth sets to clinch the match.Â
MSU is now fifth in the Missouri Valley Conference standings.
Fast Facts
- By winning the second set, the Racers have one of only three sets that the Panthers have lost in conference play.
- Ella Vogel led the team in kills with 12, followed by Darci Metzger with 11 kills.
- Bailey DeMier had 39 assists to average 9.75 per set.
- Elisa Dozio matched her career-high with five blocks.
