Fletcher Named MVC Women’s Field Athlete of the Week

Meghan Fletcher earns honors after tying 34-year-old record

Meghan Fletcher has been named Missouri Valley Conference women's field athlete of the week after matching Murray State's high jump record by clearing the 1.75m (5'8.75") at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invite at Louisville, Saturday.

Fletcher placed fourth in the event and tied the program's 34-year-old record. The longstanding record was set by Jenille Kelly in 1989.
