MSU's leading scorer reached the milestone of 1,500 career points in the Racers’ win at Illinois State

Perry joined the 1500-Point club in his 101^st career game on one of his six 3-point baskets at 4:00 of the first half. Perry scored 22 of his game-high 25 points by halftime, tops this season for the Racers in the first half.

Having been a 1000-Point scorer at Stetson from 2019-22, Perry is leading the Racers this season with 399 points and a scoring average of 14.8 points per game. He now has 1,507 career points in 101 games played (14.9ppg). He has 20 games of double-digit scoring this season and seven of 20-points or more.

The Racers have 16 players total with 1,500 career points or more and Perry is the first to do it playing at more than one school.

The Racers host Evansville Saturday in a 3 p.m. tip at the CFSB Center in Murray, Ky.
