Riggins Named MVC Indoor Assistant Coach of the Year

Assistant track and field coach, Kelsey Riggins, earns MVC honors after coaching four individual event champions
Murray State track and field assistant coach, Kelsey Riggins, has been named Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Track and Field Assistant Coach of the Year as voted by the league's 10 head coaches.

Riggins coached four individual event champions, collecting 59 out of the Racers' 108 total points as they placed runner-up at the MVC Indoor Track and Field Championships, Feb. 26-27.

Specializing in jumps and multi-events, Riggins coached Meghan Fletcher, Rachel Hagans and Brooke Misukonis, who each broke program records this indoor season.
