The Murray State Women's Basketball Team look to extend their winning streak as they host Bradley for their second Missouri Valley Conference game, Thursday.

The Murray State Women's Basketball Team is set to host their second Missouri Valley Conference game against Bradley, Thursday.
This will be the second meeting between the Racers and Braves. The hosts won their previous meeting 83-48 at the CFSB Center.
Murray State are on a seven-game winning streak and are coming off a 90-62 win over Valparaiso.
MSU enters the game with the second highest scoring offense in the nation with 93.8 points per game. They are just behind LSU's 95.1 point-per-game average.
The Racers lead the nation in bench points with 42.6 points per game.
Katelyn Young is second in the MVC in points per game with 19.3.
Ava Learn is the most efficient shooter in the league with a .609 field goal percentage.
Head Coach Rechelle Turner is one win away from her 100th career victory.
She enters her seventh season after guiding the Racers through their inaugural MVC season, where they lost in the quarterfinals to regular season champions Illinois State by two points (73-75).
This year's edition of the Racers includes the return of the 2023 All-MVC First-Team honoree, Young.
Among the eleven returners are two new faces. Freshmen Haven Ford and Destiny Thomas, along with transfers Trinity White and Ava Learn, brings a new look for the Racers.
The Racers are picked to place seventh in the 2023-24 MVC season in a poll by the league's head coaches and media members.

Scouting Bradley

Bradley is coming off a 74-78 loss in their conference-opener at Illinois State, Saturday.
They have a 4-8 record and are on a three-game losing streak.
The Braves are led by Halli Poock in offense. Poock has racked up 151 points through the season while averaging 12.6 points per game.
Isis Fitch is the Braves main actress on the board with 69 rebounds through the year to average 5.8 per game.
The Braves defense have held their opponents at 30.1% at the arc, having the third lowest opponent three point make percentage in the Valley.

What a Racer Win Means?

The Races will will take their 8th straight win and improve to a 9-2 record while remaining unbeaten at home.
Murray State will remain the winningest team in the MVC.
