Racers Face Memphis in 14th All-Time Meeting

Murray State women's basketball travels to Memphis for a Saturday afternoon matchup
Murray State women's basketball travels to Memphis, Tennessee to take on the Memphis Tigers at 2 p.m. CT on Saturday. The matchup marks the 14th meeting between the Racers and Tigers and is the first matchup between the two sides since 2009.
 Ava Learn is putting up 16.3 points per game to lead the Racers as Katelyn Young, Haven Ford, and Halli Poock are all averaging double figures in scoring.Â
The Racers enter the contest at 1-2 on the season after leading the seventh-ranked LSU Tigers through three quarters a week ago before ultimately falling 74-60.

Memphis enters the game at 2-3 on the season and are coming off of a 63-57 loss to Southeastern Louisiana. Tilley Boler and Hannah Riddick each average more than 11 points with Riddick leading the team in rebounding at eight per contest.
