The Racers and Missouri State Bears meet in game one of their series Thursday in Murray
The Murray State Racers host the Missouri State Bears in the final regular season series of 2025 and the stakes in this three-game set couldn't be more. The Missouri Valley Conference championship is on the line when game one is played Thursday at 5 p.m. at Johnny Reagan Field in Murray, Kentucky.
The Racers (34-13) are 16-8 in the MVC and one game behind Missouri State (27-22), the league leader at 17-7.
The winner of the series takes the regular season title and No. 1 seed at next week's MVC Tournament in Normal, Illinois (May 20-24).
