MURRAY, Ky. – Following a dominant victory over Kentucky State, Murray State Baseball prepares for its final non-conference weekend test against Lindenwood before Missouri Valley Conference play begins.
Luke Mistone enters the series riding the momentum of a career-best performance. Against Kentucky State, Mistone notched new career highs in hits, runs scored, and RBIs, cementing himself as a focal point in the Racers' lineup as they head into the weekend.
The Racers (11-6) are looking to stabilize their play away from home. After a tough, winless trip to Orlando dropped their road record to 1-5, Murray State returns to the road seeking to rediscover the rhythm that defined their successful start to the season.
Lindenwood (8-9) arrives with momentum of its own, having won three of its last four games, including a midweek sweep of Bradley.
