This week on the Racer Report we tease a larger conversation with Coach Joe Pannunzio, former Murray State head football coach from 2000-05. Joe was an OVC champion with the Racers in 2002, and this week became a Super Bowl Champion With the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League. It's also a big week for both MSU Basketball teams as they come down the stretch in the Missouri Valley Conference. Plus we'll recap a successful week for Murray State, track and field and women's golf.

Both Murray State Basketball teams are in action week as the postseason continues in 2026. Combining for a school record 51 wins in a single season, the Racer Women are headed to the NCAA Tournament for a second-straight season and the MSU men are playing in the NIT. And we will also check in on the progress of the turf project at Johnny Reagan Field, the home of Murray State Baseball.
