Before MSU: A four-year member of the Granite Hills varsity squad…earned All-Grossmont League honors all four seasons, including first-team accolades as a senior…also named the Eagles Offensive Player of the Year in 2009…helped lead the Eagles to a CIF Division I championship and a 25-7 overall record as a junior…was a stealthy runner, as she led the team in stolen bases her last two seasons…went 24-for-24 in steal attempts as a senior…also a standout on the Eagles volleyball squad…in 2006 she was named the Defensive Player of the Year for her efforts.
Personal: Born Megan Marie Belio, Jan. 4, 1991 in San Diego, Calif….daughter of Eric and Mary Belio…has one sister, Sydney (16)…uncle Kevin Spicer played professional baseball for the New York Mets and her cousin Mike Judd played for the Los Angeles Dodgers…majoring in criminal justice.
