BEFORE MSU: Ranked the national No. 232 player by Perfect Game...a 2007 Kentucky East-West All-Star....batted .517 last season with eight home runs...finished his career at Hickman County High School with a career batting average of .424 with 19 career home runs...the 2007 1st District Player of the Year...a four-time all-district honoree...a 2007 Rawlings Pre-Season All-American...winner of the Tom Hulsey Leadership Award...also played two seasons of golf and one season of soccer at HCHS.
