- In third season Murray State men's basketball in 2024-25 as graduate assistant.
Before MSU
- Joined the Racers as graduate assistant for the 2022-23 season, the Racers' first as members of the Missouri Valley Conference.
Playing Career
- Played for the Racers from 2009-12 as part of Coach Steve Prohm’s first run as Racer head coach.
- Part of the record-breaking season that saw the Racers become the final undefeated team in the nation at 23-0 and rise to a top-10 national ranking.
- MSU set an OVC and school record in going 31-2 and earned a No. 6 seed (best in program history) and defeated Colorado State in their first NCAA Tournament game in Louisville over Colorado State.
- Becoming a starter for the first time in his career in 2011-12, Poole went from averaging 5.0 points per game over 84 career games, to 14 points per game in 33 games as he became the perfect compliment to All-America selection Isaiah Canaan.
- Poole has a 3-point percentage of .376 (68-181) and a free throw percentage of .858 (115-134) and 26 games of double-digit scoring.
- Top games included 20 points on 6-8 3-point shooting when the Racers took down ranked Memphis and season-high 28 points against Tennessee Tech.
- Became the OVC Tournament MVP when he scored 25 points in the semifinals vs TTU and 14 points in the title game win over Tennessee State.
- His senior season also featured 63 steals which was second in the OVC and in the top-40 nationally.
