At Murray State
Before MSU
- Is in his second season with the Racers as assistant coach for the 2023-24Â season.
- Was part of the Racers' successful first season as a member of the Missouri Valley Conference in 2022-23.
- The Racers scored a win over eight MVC opponents and finished with a winning season (11-9) and had a winning season overall (17-15).
- The Racers scored a win at Arch Madness when they defeated Valparaiso 78-50.
- MSU opened MVC play with overtime wins over Illinois State and Valparasio, which marked the first instance of MSU playing back-to-back games in overtime in records that begin in 1983.
- MSU's 2-0 start made them just the sixth first-year MVC member since WWII to win its first two conference games and the Racers were the first to win both of them in overtime.
- MSU saw its first MVC weekly award when Jacobi Wood was named Newcomer of the Week after the Racers played at the Myrtle Beach Invitational.
- Rob Perry became the Racers' first All-MVC pick at the end ofd the season when he was named to the Third Team.
- MSU led the MVC in attendance with an average of 5218 per game.
Before MSU
- Spent five seasons with Coach Preston Spradlin at Morehead State and nine seasons total with the Eagles.
- Helped the Eagles win 23 games in 2020-21 and the program's first Ohio Valley Conference Tournament championship in 10 years.
- Joined the Eagles as Director of Operations in 2016.
- Was elevated to Associate Head Coach in 2021.
- Worked in the development of Johni Broome into OVC Freshman of the Year and eventually OVC Player of the Year.
- Coached All-OVC players Ta'Lon Cooper, Xavier Moon, DeJuan Marrero and Lamontray Harris.
Started his coaching career at Emmanuel College (Ga.) in 2011 where the team went 49-21 in two years.

- Graduated from Emmanuel in 2011 with a degree in business.
- Earned a master’s degree in coaching and athletic administration from Concordia (Calif.) in 2013.
- Started his playing career at Anderson (S.C.) and finished at Emmanuel.Â
- As a senior, he helped the Lions to a 26-8 overall record and Southern States Athletic Conference Tournament championship.
- He married the former Katie Harvill on Aug. 23, 2014.
