Born Candace Rene Nevels, Aug. 29, 1991 in Oakland, Calif....daughter of Orville Jr. and Thalia Nevels...has one brother, Sean Burwell (17) and three sisters, Talia Sherman (23), Seantai Burwell (21) and Aliyah Nevels (4)...majoring in organizational communication.
