 - Was part of the class of 2018 inducted into the Murray State Hall of Fame
 
Prior to MSU
- Spent two seasons at Murray High School as an assistant.
 - Helped lead the Tigers to the 2016 All-A State championship.
 - The Tigers also won a pair of All-A Region titles, back-to-back District 4 championships and made appearances in the KHSAA Final Four in 2016 and 2017 under Guffey.
 - MHS compiled a record of 63-8 in Guffey's two seasons.
 - Guffey also coached a pair of all-state players while at MHS.
 
Playing Career
- Three-time All-OVC selection at Murray State.
 - Named to the OVC All-Tournament Team three times.
 - OVC Tournament MVP in 2008.
 - 2008-09 NCAA Women's Basketball Academic All-American of the Year.
 - Three-time Academic All-District honoree.
 - Third all-time in program history with 1,877 career points.
 - All-time leader in career assists (512), free throws made (587), games played (123) and minutes played (3,873) at MSU.
 - Also ranks second all-time in career 3-pointers made with 210.
 - Second in career free-throw percentage, shooting at a clip of 87.1 percent.
 - 2017 Murray State Hall of Fame inductee.
 - Played professionally overseas in Luxembourg with Residence DeWalferdangre.

 - Graduated from Murray State in 2009 with a degree in health and physical education
