2008-09 (Cross Country): Opened the season with a time of 16:12.42 and finished 18th in the 4k at the Mid-American Opener...finished 12th at the Saluki Invitational in the 5k with a time of 19:09.92...turned in a season best 18:20.06 and finished 12th in the 5k at the Evansville Invitational...finished seventh at the OVC Championships with a time of 19:00.2...posted a time of 23:11.2 in the 6k at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
Track & Field: Set school record in 1,500-meter outdoor with a time of 4:28.78...OVC Indoor 800-meter and Mile Run Champion...OVC Female Track Athlete of the Year...named female athlete of the Championship for Indoor track...OVC Outdoor 800-meter and 1,500-meter champion...NCAA outdoor regional qualifier in the 800-meter and 1,500-meter...2009 All-OVC Indoor and Outdoor...two-time Pepsi Athlete of the Week and OVC Female Track Athlete of the week.
2007-08 (Cross Country): Opened the season with a time of 15:37.90 in the 4k at the Belmont-Vanderbilt Invitational...placed 8th at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge...finished 7th at the Evansville Invitational with a season best time of 18:33.01 in the 5k...finished 14th at the OVC Championship with a time of 19:17.52 in the 5k...finished 106th at the NCAA Southeast Regional in the 6k...All-OVC second team...OVC and Pepsi Runner of the Week.
Track & Field: At the 2008 OVC Indoor Championships she came in first in the 800m run with a time of 2:14.85 and 10th in the 3k run with a time of 10:43.51... At the 2008 OVC Outdoor Championships she came in third place in the 800m run with a time of 2:15.48 and fifth place in the 4x400m relay.
2006-07 (Cross Country): Placed 22nd in the 6k during the Ohio Valley Conference cross country championships.
Track & Field: Took part in eight meets for the Racers as a true freshman... Season best of 2:14.44 minutes in the 800m run at the 2007 Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships, where she placed fourth...Also finished in fifth place at the OVC Indoor Championships in the 800m run with a time of 2:20.42.
Before MSU: Attended Owensboro High School in Owensboro, Ky....Helped lead the Red Devils to a 2006 regional and state championship in track under coach Robin Joska...In cross country, helped team win a regional championship in 2005 under coach Dean Roberts...Set a school record in the 5k with a time of 19:34...Also ran the fastest mile on the team with a time of 5:34...Placed second in regionals in 2004 and 18th in the state, while finishing first in the region and 9th in state competition in 2005...Also lettered in soccer and swimming at OHS
