- A 2015 First Team All-State honoree
- Giustino was also a two-time unanimous All-East Suburban Catholic Conference selection and a two-time all-area team honoree
- Holds the Marian Central record for single-season kills with 339 in 2015
- Helped lead the Hurricanes to four straight regional titles and three consecutive sectional championships
- In 2015, Giustino helped lead Marian Central to a state title and a super-sectional championship
- For her career, Giustino had 856 kills (school record), 607 digs, 170 total blocks and 60 service aces
- Was also a two-time ESCC All-Academic honoree and a member of the Spanish National Honor Society
- In June of 2016, she was named to the Junior Volleyball Associations' All-National Team as one of the top 20 club players in the country
