'Murray State Basketball With Mick Cronin' Debuts In December

"Murray State Basketball with Mick Cronin," the weekly MSU men's basketball television show, will make its 2003-04 debut this week following the Racers' 4-0 start last week.
The half-hour show, which can be seen in 300,000 homes throughout western Kentucky, southeastern Missouri, southern Illinois and western Tennessee, offers game highlights, coach's insight and behind-the-scenes features as the Racers work towards a 20th Ohio Valley Conference title in 2003-04.
First-year MSU head coach Mick Cronin is joined by host Dave Winder as the two of the them review and recap the Racer basketball action from the previous week as well as preview upcoming MSU basketball events.
"I'm really looking forward to working with Dave Winder each week," Cronin said. "Obviously, the production of the coach's show is done in a first-class manner, and the show allows us to reach the Racer fans throughout our region."
The show can be seen at various times each week on MSU TV-11, Charter Cable Channel 19 in Calloway County, Ky., Mediacom Cable Channel 8 in Calloway County and Marshall County in Kentucky, Comcast Cable Channel 13 in McCracken County, Ky., and Metropolis, Ill., and on UPN The Beat.
The 2003-04 show will also feature a weekly look at how Cronin and his coaching staff prepare the Racers for their up-tempo, full-court style of play as well as the "Racer Rewind" segment where Winder features a great Racer game from the past.
