STORY LINES
Murray State will be playing its first home game since defeating Missouri State, 72-59, on Oct. 9. In three home games this season, the Racers are averaging 517.3 yards and 47.0 points.
The Racers have won three of the last four meetings with the Golden Eagles in Murray, including a 51-21 victory on Homecoming in 2008. The only loss during that stretch was a 20-14 defeat in 2006.
Senior wide receiver Marcus Harris has recorded double digits in receptions in three games this season, including each of the last two. He is averaging an FCS-best 9.00 receptions a game and ranks fifth in the FCS with 109.3 yards a game.
Saturday's game will feature the OVC's top and bottom offenses. Murray State leads the league at 415.9 yards a game, while Tennessee Tech is last at 267.7 yards a game.
The Golden Eagles have won three-straight conference games afte beginning OVC play with two losses. TTU has defeated Tennessee State, Eastern Illinois and Austin Peay over that stretch.

The Racers return home for the first time in nearly a month as MSU plays host to Tennessee Tech. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. at 'The Track.'

The Racers trail 41-33-1 in the all-time series with the Golden Eagles. TTU has won four of the last five meetings, but the lone Racer victory was a 51-21 decision on Homecoming in 2008.
Racers Big Numbers at Home
The Racers have put up some big numbers at home this season as they averaging 47.0 points and 517.3 yards in three games. MSU is gaining 168.3 yards on the ground and 349.0 yards through the air.
Harris Leads FCS in Receptions
Marcus Harris has had a spectacular senior season. Despite missing two games, Harris leads the Racers with 54 catches for 656 yards and six touchdowns. He leads the FCS in catches per game (9.00), while rannking fifth in yards per game (109.3).
Harris Joins 2,000-Yard Club
Senior wide receiver Marcus Harris joined an exclusive club against Eastern Kentucky as he became just the third Racer to eclipse 2,000 receiving yards in a career. Harris, who is already the school's all-time leader in career receptions, has 2,070 yards in his career and needs 311 yards to pass Terrance Tillman for the all-time yardage record.
Brackett Sets Freshman Record
Arthur Brackett has established a new mark for receptions in a season by a freshman. He ranks second on the team with 52 receptions, putting him in a tie for 11th on the single-season list.
Gamsky Earns National Recognition
Junior defensive tackle Joe Gamsky received recognition by the College Football Performance Awards as he was an honorable mention selection on the defensive line. He was honored after posting 3.5 tackles-for-loss, including 1.5 sacks, and a forced fumble against Eastern Kentucky
Brockman's Streak Ends at 137
Quarterback Casey Brockman's streak of consecutive passes without throwing an interception came to and at 137. The streak, which dated back to his final 21 passes of 2009,ended on a deflected ball in the second quarter against Eastern Kentucky.
Quick Strike Offense
The Racers have been able to strike quickly this season as 14 of their 41 scoring drives are under 2:00. Twelve of those drives ended with touchdowns, while seven of them were over 50 yards. Also, the Racers have 14 more scoring drives taking less than 3:00.
