Coming off the their mid-week win, Murray State's men's tennis team looked to build on their momentum. That momentum was halted at the hands of Eastern Kentucky as the Racers fell 7-0, dropping their record to 3-11 and 1-5 in the OVC.
Playing at first doubles, Adam Taylor and Max McLean put their three match winning streak on the line. After today's match that streak remains in tact as the match went unfinished, 5-5, with the doubles point having already been won by EKU.
Taylor played in the most competitive match of the afternoon at first singles as well. He dropped his match against Daridge Saidi 6-3, 6-3.
Aleks Mitric also put up a battle on court four, losing 6-3, 6-1.
The Racers will stay out east, as they square off with Morehead State Sunday, April 6. First serve is set for 9 a.m. CDT.
