Racers Fall to South Dakota State

The Murray State men's tennis team lost at home on Saturday as they fell to South Dakota State University 5-2.
In the doubles match, David Schrott and Marcel Ueltzhoeffer finished their match first as they defeated their opponents 6-2. Javier Villar and Srdjan Trosic fell second in their match 6-3. The doubles point came down to Anjan Kashyab and Will True. The pair was defeated 7-5 and gave SDSU the early advantage.
In the singles matches True and Ueltzhoeffer won their matches, but it would not be enough for the Racers as they fell 5-2.
MSU will be on the road for their next match as they take on Vanderbilt on Friday. Match time is set for 1 p.m.
