OVC Event Schedule 2017 OVC Championship Program Live Results Best Lists

The Murray State women's track & field squad carries confidence into the 2017 OVC Men's and Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championship (May 11-13) at a newly constructed facility at Choccolocco Park in Oxford, Alabama.

The event starts with Heptathlon events as the focus Friday afternoon, with the 10,000 meter run the highlight event of the evening of the first day of competition.
MSU's Meagan Smith leads the Racers into the event having produced the fifth fastest time in the OVC and the third fastest all-time at MSU at 36:37.80 at the Wash U event in St. Louis (April 1). Emily Flaherty has the ninth best time this season in the OVC at 37:46.70 which also came in St. Louis. MSU's best chance in the Heptathlon is Jabreuna Brimlett who has the fourth best total points in the OVC this season and Taylor McCammon has the fifth best finish.

Jacksonville State University will serve as the host. It marks the first year of an expanded three-day Championship.
