As the OVC race enters the final two weeks of the nine-week grind, all teams have four games remaining and at the top are the Racers and Austin Peay, each 12-2. Belmont is one game back at 11-3 and Eastern Kentucky sits in fourth place at 10-4. Tennessee State is lurking at 8-6. The Racers and APSU are travel partners and each play at EIU and SIUE, while Belmont and EKU play Saturday in Richmond. Super Sub Gilmore Making An Impact
Murray State junior Devin Gilmore us in his second season of producing in a big way off the Racer bench. Â In games with APSU and Morehead State last week, Gilmore 26 minutes, hit all four of his shots, grabbed 11 rebounds and blocked three shots and only committed one turnover. In the Racers' 85-57 win over Morehead State Saturday, Gilmore had his second double-double this season with 11 points and 10 rebounds. In 14 OVC games, he is making an amazing 84 percent from the field on 33-of-39 shots.
