Racers Open Indoor Track & Field Season At Boo Rogers Combine Events

Women's Track & Field heads to Pittsburg, Kansas to compete in the Boo Rogers Combine Events

After a 323-day hiatus from official competition, the Murray State University women's indoor track & field team will open its 2021 season at the Boo Rogers Combined Events Friday (Jan. 15) at the Robert W. Plaster Center.

The Racers will have four athletes, Meghan Fletcher, Jessikha Ribeiro, Jenna Pauly and Anna Vollet, all competing in the pentathlon.

Pittsburg State's Boo Rogers Combined Events will start at 1 p.m. (CST) Friday. Click here for a schedule of events. The women's pentathlon action will wrap up shortly before 7 p.m. with the running of the 800 meters.

2020 REWIND
Ribeiro had the third-best pentathlon score (3459 points) in the OVC in 2020 Indoor season at the Samford Multi Meet. She placed fourth at the 2020 Indoor OVC Championships in the pentathlon.

Fletcher finished fifth in the high jump and ninth in the pentathlon at the OVC Championships.

Pauly placed sixth in the pole vault at the OVC Championships and set a personal-best (3.50m) at the Samford Bulldog Open.

Vollet completed in two meets, finishing sixth in the pentathlon at the 2020 SIUC Don DeNoon Invite.
