Pace Of Season Accelerates As Home Stand Wraps Up
This week's games begin a season-defining stretch of six games in 11 days. If the Racers can make a push during this time, they could put themselves into a spot in the final six games of the season (four at home) where they could be playing for one of the top seeds in the OVC Tournament. In particular, the Racers' four game road trip to SEMO, Morehead State, EKU and SIUE will see them play four games in eight days in three states and two time zones. Through 13 games this season, MSU is 5-2 at home and 1-5 on the road.

Downtown Tevin Brown Moves Up MSU All-Time 3-Point list
Tevin Brown hit six 3-point baskets for his top game this season in the Racers' Saturday win over Tennessee Tech. Brown's sleepy 3-point shot awoke big time last week when he was 8-of-25 for 32 percent. Brown added 11 assists, eight rebounds and six steals. Brown now has 204 made 3-point baskets in his career in his 78th game. He's tied for sixth place with Don Mann who made his 204 threes in 111 games from 1985-89. Brown is now 100 from MSU's all-time leader, Isaiah Canaan who made 304 from 2009-13. Frank Allen is second on the MSU list with 251 from 1989-93. Mann, Allen and Canaan are all members of the Murray State Hall of Fame.
