Racers Set to Host Drake and UNI at Racer Arena

Murray State volleyball hosts Iowa teams in MVC matchups.
Murray State volleyball will host Drake and UNI for the Iowa teams' first visits to Racer Arena, Friday and Saturday.
The Racers are currently fourth in the Missouri Valley Conference standings with a 6-3 conference and 12-6 overall record. This will be Murray State's third meeting with both teams.
Drake is currently second in the conference with a 7-2 record, while UNI is at the top of the league with a 9-0 undefeated record.

The defending MVC Volleyball Championship champions are in second place in the MVC standings with a 7-2 conference record. They feature setter Addison Beagle, who is third in the league in assists per set with 10.8.
Drake has three main offensive forces, with senior right-side Taylor Oberpriller leading the team in kills with 294. Outside hitters, Haley Bush and Macy Daufeldt have posted 246 and 241 kills, respectively.
On the back row, the Bulldogs are led by libero Jada Willis, who leads the conference digs with 6.03 per set.
UNI
The Panthers are undefeated with a 9-0 record while only dropping two sets throughout conference play.
Junior setter Tayler Alden is the Panthers' primary control tower, having posted 705 assists through the season. UNI has two main offensive forces, with Emily Holterhaus leading in kills (253), followed by Kira Fallert (227 kills).
On the back row, libero Erin Powers leads the Panthers with 345 digs.
