Murray State volleyball fall short in a five-set nailbiter against Drake.
In A Nutshell
Murray State volleyball fell on the wrong side of a five-set thriller against Drake, Friday.
The Racers were off to a good start after winning the first set 25-21 but proceeded to drop the second and third sets. Despite finding footing by dominating the fourth set (25-19), the Racers could not clinch the match, dropping the fifth set 10-15.
With the loss, the Racers are now 6-4 in Missouri Valley Conference play, sitting fourth in the standings.
