The Murray State women's basketball team is set for their 107th matchup against Austin Peay in Clarksville, Tenn., Saturday. The Governors won the last meeting 71-67 at CFSB Center, last season.

Murray State is coming off its first road win of the season at Southern Indiana (93-73) last Friday. The Racers saw five Racers in double-digit points in their win over USI.

A game of highlights. Bria Sanders-Woods went four for four from range at USI. Ava Learn posted her first career double-double with 10 points and 12 rebounds. Katelyn Young continues to lead the Racers in points with 17.

Scouting Austin Peay

Austin Peay has a 3-5 record this season and are coming off a 75-78 loss to Mercer.
Shamarre Hale and Abby Cater each scored a team-high 19 points. This is the first time Cater has been a leading scorer this season and the fifth time Hale has led.
Sandra Lin led the team with seven assists, which is the seventh time this season.
Austin Peay scored 50 points from the paint compared to Mercer's 28.
Hale currently leads the team in points and rebounds with 13.1 points and 6.9 rebounds per game.

What a Racers Win Means?

The Races will have a 5-2 record for their third consescutive win.
MSU will take back the series lead against Austin Peay (54-53) that they forfeit last year.
Head Coach Rechelle Turner will be four wins away from her 100th career win.
Will be the Racers' second road win of the season.
