Murray State women's basketball fell 82-75 to Southern Indiana for the annual education day game.

Murray State women's basketball fell 82-75 to Southern Indiana at the Racers annual Education Day game on Tuesday at the CFSB Center in Murray, Kentucky. Led by sophomore Haven Ford's 22 points, 10 rebounds, and seven assists, the Racers now sit at 1-1 on the year.

Katelyn Young also had a double-double in the contest for her second consecutive double-double to start the season with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Ava Learn rounded out the Racers in double figures with 10 points and nine rebounds as Trinity White played a key role with eight points and five rebounds.

2,713 were in attendance, setting a new standalone attendance record for Murray State women's basketball.
