Racers Battle Bears in Saturday Tilt

Murray State women's basketball travels to Missouri State on Saturday at 1 p.m. in Springfield, Missouri.

The Racers enter the matchup ranking inside the top 15 nationally in three pointers made per game, scoring offense, three point attempts per game, and free throws made per game. Murray State ranks fifth nationally in scoring offense at 90.4 points per game.

Four Racers all average 13.5 points or more per contest in Halli Poock, Katelyn Young, Haven Ford, and Ava Learn. In the Racers last matchup, they defeated Southern Illinois 93-69 to begin the MVC campaign 2-0.

The Racers enter the contest at 8-3 on the season.

Scouting Report

Missouri State enters the game at 9-4 on the season, defeating Belmont 57-55 in their last time out. Lacy Stokes leads the Bears with 12.4 points per game and 4.8 rebounds per game.
