2005: Did all the field goal kicking for the Racers during his junior season, but didn’t get as many opportunities as usual ... Made 23-of-25 point after attempts ... Made four-of-four field goal attempts with a long of 36 yards coming in against Samford ... Went 3-for-3 against Samford on Oct. 15 ... Kicked two field goals in a span of five minutes that gave the Racers a 23-17 lead at Samford ... Also made a 27-yard field goal against Jacksonville State on Oct. 8.
2004: As a sophomore, saw action in the Glenville State, UT Martin and Tennessee State games ... Didn’t miss a kick ... Was 2-for-2 in field goal tries, both from 21 yards ... Also went 2-for-2 in PAT’s.
2003: Did not see action as a freshman, backing up All-OVC kicker Jesse Ohliger.
2002: Redshirted his first year at Murray State behind All-OVC kicker Shane Andrus.
HIGH SCHOOL: Enjoyed a stellar career at Murray High School ... All-WKC kicker under head coach, and former MSU player, Rick Fisher ... Was named all-state in Kentucky ... Follows a long line of excellent place kickers to come from MHS in recent years: Chris Dill, Greg Miller and Shane Andrus were MHS kickers to play at Murray State before Crass.
