2006: Made his first collegiate appearance in the second half in the Racers’ season opener against Missouri and started the remaining 10 games of the 2006 season ... Passed for 1,583 yards and completed 56.3 percent of his passes ... Finished with the second best pass efficiency (109.5) among all freshman quarterbacks in the OVC ... Ranked second among league freshman quarterbacks, and fifth overall, in passing yards per game (143.9) and total offense per game (130.5) ... Ranked third among all quarterbacks in the OVC with 11 touchdown passes ... His 29 completions against Eastern Illinois was the second most completions in a game by an OVC quarterback during the 2006 season ...
