2006: Played in the final four games of the season ... Finished his freshman season with six receptions for 81 yards and one touchdown ... In his collegiate debut against No. 16 Eastern Illinois (Oct. 21) McCleskey caught two passes for 21 yards ... Both receptions against EIU came on the same drive, the first picked up 14 yards and the second went for seven yards ... The Racers capped that drive with a field goal for a 10-0 lead over the Panthers ... A week later against Southeast Missouri State (Oct. 28), McCleskey caught his first touchdown pass, a 30-yard scoring reception that finished off a 12 play, 80-yard drive ... Caught a season-high three passes against Eastern Kentucky (Nov. 4) for 30 yards.
HIGH SCHOOL: Named all-region as a wide receiver at Woodstock High School ... Caught five touchdown passes and had 500 yards receiving in 2005 ... His team was 8-3 in 2005 ... Also competed in basketball and baseball ... Was selected all-county as a junior.
