2009 First-Team All-OVC Designated Hitter
2009: Made 41 starts while appearing in 44 games...ranked second on the team with a .373 average...added 10 doubles, three triples, three home runs and 39 RBIs...went 2-for-3 with a double and three RBIs in a victory over North Dakota State...went 5-for-7 with four RBIs and five runs scored in a doubleheader sweep of Mid-Continent...posted six multi-hit games over a seven-game span...tripled and drove in four runs in a 3-for-6 effort in the opener against SEMO...belted his first career home run, a three-run shot in the first inning against Memphis...followed it up by going 2-for-4 with a triple, home run and six RBIs in the first game of a doubleheader at Morehead State...went 2-for-4 with a double, home run and three RBIs in the second game of the doubleheader...ended season with back-to-back multi-hit games against Morehead State and Jacksonville State in the OVC Tournament.
