2010: Appeared in 12 games, making one start...pitched a scoreless inning in his collegiate debut against South Dakota State...got the start against Saint Louis and allowed two runs over 3.2 innings...tossed a pair of shutout innings against Mid-Continent...allowed two hits over two innings against Ole Miss.
BEFORE MSU: Played three seasons at Eastern High School for head coach John Morris...earned 7th Region Player of the Year honors after helping lead the Eagles to a 34-6 record and the District-28 Tournament championship...went 8-1 with a 1.13 ERA...garnered all-district and all-regional laurels, while also being named to the East-West Senior All-Star Game...hit .441 with 56 hits and 52 runs scored to earn all-district and all-district tournament honors as a junior...participated in 7th Region All-Star Game as a junior and senior.
