- 2019-20 will be Conner Neu's second season with the Racers
- In 2018-19, Neu coached Destiny Carey to the OVC Shot Put outdoor title, which helped the Racers win their first OVC team title since 1992
- Assistant Coach at Youngstown State from 2016-2018
- Coached 20 Penguins to Individual Horizon League Championships in weight throw, hammer throw, discus, shot put, and javelin
- Part of coaching staff that won seven men's and women's Horizon League Team Indoor and Outdoor Championships in two years
Competition Career
- Three-time All-American at Youngstown State, including first-team in the weight throw in 2016
- Three-time Horizon League champion in weight and hammer throw
- Hold the school record in the weight throw (21.78m) and hammer throw (70.96m)
- Competed at the 2016 Olympic Trials in the hammer throw

- Graduated from Youngstown State in 2016 with a degree in Physical Education
