LP Field - Nashville, Tenn.
STORY LINES
Murray State hits the road for the final time in the 2013 season as they travel to face Tennessee State. Kickoff is set for 2 p.m. at LP Field.
The Racers have won five straight against the Tigers dating back to the 2007 season. MSU came away with a 9-6 victory in its last game to LP Field in 2009.
The Racers and Tigers are meeting in Nashville for the first time since the 2009 season. The teams have met at Stewart Stadium each of the past three seasons.
The contest marks the only time this season that the Racers will play on natural grass. MSU has played just one game on grass in each of the last three seasons.
Junior Parks Frazier made his first career start against Eastern Illinois. He finished the day 32-of-50 for 255 yards and two touchdowns. He set MSU single-game records for attempts and completions for a quarterback making his first career start.
The Racers have lost back-to-back conference games for the third-straight season, but have yet to lose three-straight conference games in the Chris Hatcher era.
