Recap
Murray State trailed for most of the first quarter, but used three straight 3-pointers by Macey Turley to take the lead in the stanza and never look back. Evansville cut the lead to three in the third and four in the fourth, but that would be as close as the Purple Aces would get in the game. The Racers sealed the win late in the game by hitting seven of eight free throws in the final minute.
