2009: Appeared in 18 games and went 3-3 with a 5.16 ERA and two saves...made nine starts...led the team in appearances and ranked fourth in innings (52.1)...allowed two hits and struck out four in three innings to earn the save in his collegiate debut...surrendered two runs over six innings to earn a victory in his first start at Memphis...tossed seven shutout innings in a victory over Mississippi Valley State...struckout a career-best five over five innings against Cetnral Arkansas...earned his second save by pitching final two innings in a victory over Memphis...allowed one hit and fanned one in two scoreless innings against Tennessee Tech in the OVC Tournament.
BEFORE MSU: Played two seasons at Fort Scott Community College for former ‘Bred assistant Chris Moddelmog...earned second-team all-Jayhawk Eastern Division honors as a sophomore after going 7-0 with a 2.67 ERA...struck out 44 in 64 innings...went 3-2 with a 4.52 ERA as a freshman...played three seasons at Douglas County High School...also spent two years on the basketball team.
