Before MSU: A four-year member of the track & field team at Manatee High School (2 years) and Middleton High School (2 years)...Was the varsity champ for the 100m at the varsity championship...Finished as the 100m champion in seven competitions throughout her high school career...Was the 200m champion in four events...Participated and was the 100 and 200 long jump champion sophomore season...Earned Girls Track & Field MVP three of the four seasons.
Personal: Born Deja Michele Rodgers, April 23, 1996, in Tampa, Fl....Daughter of Craig Rodgers and Kelly O’Neal...Has one brother Isaiah Rodgers; and two sisters T’Nysha Rodgers , and Iviona Easterling...Cousin is Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie the Cornerback for the New York Giants...Majoring in psychology.
